Responsibilities:
 Delane is a fast-growing executive staffing firm that requires an exceptional Recruiter with direct hire and staff augmentation experience to join our team. Delane supports Fortune 100 and start-up companies with their full-time and staff augmentation recruitment needs. We supply the clients and job requirements.  We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to locate the top talent our clients require.
 
Job Duties:
  • Determine candidate requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
  • Attract and build a robust candidate catalog through various resources such as personal and professional contacts, advertisements, community services, colleges, agencies, professional organizations, social media and career sites
  • Establish and maintain a rapport with interviewees through communication of various organizational backgrounds, opportunities, and benefits
  • Determine candidate qualifications through interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing experiences to job requirements
  • Evaluate candidates by discussing job requirements and candidate qualifications with hiring managers and arrange interviews
  • Ideal candidate should possess an understanding of current employment legislation; enforce regulations, recommend new procedures and conduct training
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Improve organization attractiveness by supporting changes in Delane’s recruiting practices
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3 - 5 years of proven direct hire recruiting experience preferably in Technology and/or Finance environments
  • Familiarity with technology such as HR databases, ATS, and social media
  • Outstanding Phone, Interviewing and Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong Decision Making Ability
  • HR Education and Experience
  • Adept knowledge of Microsoft Office
